Hatchery

The Elangeni Chicks hatchery is based in Dwaleni in Matsapha and provide poultry farmers around Eswatini with great quality chicks. We are at the grass roots level of the broiler value chain. We source quality hatching eggs from our broiler-breeder parent flocks. These eggs are carefully graded and incubated in our setters for 18 days, then transferred onto our hatchers where they remain for 3 days, spending a total of 21 days in our care, where conditions are optimized to give you the best quality day-old chick. At day 21, the chicks are counted into chick boxes/crates, vaccinated and are ready for dispatch.
